What are your hours?

You can message me anytime at 604-739-9600, and I will reply Monday-Thursday and Saturday 9:30am-4:30pm.

I am not in the office Fridays and Sundays.

However, I will meet with you in the comfort of your home at your convenience, including on weekday evenings.

Sessions can take place at any time, given the style and concept designed for you.

Where are you located?

I serve you in the comfort of your home.

Experience taught me I was of far more value to my clients coming to them other than they visiting me. And this will save you time and the expense of traffic, parking, child-minding, and additional scheduling within an already busy family life.

Furthermore, my Style and Concept Consultation is far more productive when you can share your home environment with me.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal cheques, E-transfers and/or cash.

Do you guarantee your work?

My goal is to create portraits that make your heart smile. If you are not completely satisfied with my portraits or service, and after all possible avenues to remedy the concern have been exhausted, I will refund your money with no hard feelings.

Since 1990, I have never had to extend a refund.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If your session needs to be canceled, I will refund 100% of monies paid to date outside of 45 days of your session date. Otherwise, only your Retainer will be refunded, and your Professional Service Fee will remain on credit for a future session.

Scheduling administration, your Style and Concept Consultation, and location-scouting are performed in advance of your session, and short-notice cancellations cannot recover these expenses.
